Before She Strategize Was a Brand, It Was a Prayer.
There was a season when I believed if I could just become more productive, more disciplined, or more prepared, everything else in my life would finally fall into place.
So I planned, I organized, I set goals, and I worked hard, but somewhere along the way, I realized something was missing.
I realized I needed more than just systems, that was just part of the processes the other portion of the process is deeper surrender.
God began showing me that the life I wanted couldn't be built on productivity alone. It had to be built on Him. Because before He changes our circumstances, He often changes our hearts. Before He expands our influence, He develops our character. Before He entrusts us with more, He teaches us to faithfully steward what we already have.
That realization changed the way I viewed faith, purpose, leadership, discipline, and even success.
And eventually, it became the foundation of She Strategize.

What We Believe
At She Strategize, we believe becoming comes before building.
We believe faith isn't separate from everyday life. It shapes how we steward our time, our relationships, our work, our finances, our gifts, and our calling.
We believe excellence honors God, discipline is an act of stewardship, and purpose is cultivated one faithful step at a time.
Most of all, we believe that Christ transforms the woman, and from that transformation flows a life marked by wisdom, intentionality, and lasting impact.
Our Founder
I'm Jaida Amya, founder of She Strategize, where faith meets strategy. I have a deep love for helping women build lives rooted in wisdom, faith, and intentionality. I truly believe that She Strategize is a resource that God has called me to steward.
Through thoughtfully designed resources, practical tools, strategy services, and Christ-centered encouragement, my prayer is that every woman who encounters She Strategize leaves feeling more equipped to faithfully steward the life God has entrusted to her.
Over the years, God has allowed me to serve in leadership, strategy, and operations roles where I have learned that meaningful transformation rarely happens by accident. It happens through intentional stewardship.
The Journey
- God planted a desire to help women live intentionally.
- Earned a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, communications, sociology while discovering a love for systems, organization, transformation and communication.
- Completed a Master's in Project Management & Operations, strengthening your passion for strategy, leadership, and systems.
- Became PMP Certified, deepening your ability to turn vision into action.
- Served in university leadership office, supporting strategic initiatives and organizational excellence.
- Founded She Strategize, bringing together faith, stewardship, and intentional living to equip women for every season.
My background in project management, organizational strategy, and leadership has shaped how I approach systems and planning. But more importantly, my personal walk with Christ has shown me that even the best strategy is incomplete without surrender.
My prayer is that She Strategize becomes more than a website you visit.
I hope it becomes a place that continually points you back to Christ while equipping you to live with wisdom, purpose, and intention.
